Hayden Panettiere has finally talked about her split from ‘Laguna Beach’ star Stephen Coletti. Panettiere and Coletti dated for a year before calling is quits last September.

Panettiere, who is now dating her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia, says she just wanted space when she broke up with Colleti.

 

“I just knew I wanted to breather. I wanted to be single at the time. It just hit me like a ton of bricks – this is the time I need to be with myself,” Panettiere tells Seventeen magazine. “It takes such a secure person to be with someone like me; it takes so much confidence, it takes so much trust.”
