*Turns out the Star magazine leak of Max and Emme being the names of Jennifer Lopez's twins was accurate.
See Also:As previously reported, the tabloid reported in January that the singer's mama, Guadalupe, was seen at Genesis Jewelers in Yorktown Heights, N.Y. purchasing two gold-rope baby ID bracelets engraved with the names Max and Emme. J.Lo's manager, Simon Fields, confirmed Friday that those are indeed the names of the little boy and girl, who were born to Lopez and husband Marc Anthony on Feb. 22 at a hospital in Long Island. Emme arrived weighing 5-pounds, 7-ounces, while her 6-pound brother emerged 15 minutes later. The babies were born a day after both their parents were named as winners of Latin music's "Premio Lo Nuestro" awards. Lopez won this year's award for best solo pop singer, while Anthony was named salsa artist of the year. Lopez, a first-time mother at 39, was "thrilled" at the babies' arrival. Her husband, 38, has three other children. Meanwhile, the Lopez/Anthony camp is denying a story in the Chicago Sun-Times claiming they've hired six new bodyguards for the kids at a salary of $600,000 annually. Additionally, the paper said, the singers have installed closed-circuit cameras in nearly every room in all of their homes. "This story is ridiculous and without merit," J.Lo's rep told TMZ.com, adding that the two already have a security team in place and have for some time.
