The small town of Arlington, Oregon has stripped Carmen Kontur-Gronquist of her duties as mayor following an embarrassing controversy that placed the town of 500 at the forefront of national headlines. By a narrow 142-139 vote Kontur-Gronquist paid the price for posting revealing photos of herself on the popular social networking site MySpace. In the pictures Kontur-Gronquist is posing in her underwear atop a fire truck. The photos weren’t taken while Kontur-Gronquist was in office but many of the residents felt it portrayed the town in a negative light. WAIT... THERE'S MORE STUFF
