Online Music Competition to Find Flav’s Next Beat

Enter Now At FlavorOfLoveWorld.com - Winner To Record And Co-Produce Single With Flavor FlavFlavor.

Flav is ready to create his next single and he’s looking for help. Beginning today with the launch of "VH1’s The Track with Flavor Flav," music producers from across the country can upload their original audio tracks for consideration. One talented music producer will be given the chance to record and co-produce Flavor Flav’s next single later this spring.

To enter, participants can submit samples of their best audio beats by going to VH1’s recently launched FlavorOfLoveWorld.com through Thursday, March 13. Submissions must be original audio work and should not include any vocals — that’s where Flav comes in. Once the submission process is complete, three finalists will be chosen by Flav. Fans will then vote online to determine the winner, which will be announced on April 1. You must be 18 years or older and live within the continental U.S. to participate. Visit FlavorOfLoveWorld.com for more details and full contest rules.

"VH1’s The Track with Flavor Flav" is the latest launch in a string of successful VH1 music-based competitions that center on original user-created music. VH1’s "The Score," which launched in conjunction with "VH1’s Hip Hop Honors" last fall, sought out undiscovered hip-hop producers who competed for a chance to create and produce the official show score for "VH1’s Hip Hop Honors." The 3-week competition received close to 8,000 submissions.

"VH1’s The Track with Flavor Flav" is powered by "Addicted To Noise," a new emerging-artists platform from MTV Networks’ Music & Logo Group. Through "Addicted to Noise," emerging artists can gain early widespread exposure across multiple initiatives sponsored by MTV, VH1, CMT and Logo. Additional initiatives that take advantage of the "Addicted To Noise" platform will be announced shortly.
