The hotel heiress, who turned 27 on Sunday, wowed onlookers by gyrating onstage in a succession of skimpy outfits in the Pussycat Dolls Lounge at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

Hilton spent last week rehearsing her sexy dance routine after admitting she was "nervous" at the prospect of embarrassing herself onstage.
