Rapper T-Pain is desperate to record a duet with country singer Toby Keith because he fancies himself as one of the Beer For My Horses hitmaker’s best buddies.

The rap star thinks the odd collaboration would be "different" enough to be a sure-fire hit.

In an interview with VH1 radio, T-Pain says, "He’s just different, man. He sells a lot of records. He’s rich. I just want to be friends with him, I guess. That would be great!"
