*Lil Wayne was indicted on felony drug and weapons charges in Arizona Friday stemming from the search of his tour bus last month at a Border Patrol checkpoint.
At his arraignment, the 25-year-old pleaded not guilty to one count each of possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving weapons and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the indictment.
The rapper, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., is due back in court on March 7 for a status hearing. Meanwhile, the artist's current tour will continue as scheduled, his lawyer stated.
Weezey's case stems from the Jan. 22 search of his tour bus at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint near Dateland, Ariz., 78 miles east of Yuma. Federal agents found nearly four ounces of marijuana, just over an ounce of cocaine, 41 grams of Ecstasy and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.
Agents also found a .40-caliber pistol registered to the artist, who is licensed to carry a concealed weapon in Florida, officials said.
