Swizz Beatz recently revealed that DMX has linked up with Neptunes producer Pharrell to work on the gospel portion of his upcoming album. As reported earlier, DMX's upcoming album will be a double CD titled Walk With Me Now and You'll Fly With Me Later. Walk With Me Now will be his typical street themed album while Fly With Me Later will be a gospel album with no cursing. Swizz, who made the revelation to MTV News, will also be a part of X’s double project. Beatz also divulged that he is putting together the fifth installment from the Ruff Ryder compilation series which he says will feature tracks from all the original members of the Ruff Rydercamp which include The Lox, DMX, Drag-on and himself. “I'm in my zone,” Swizz explained about the project. “I'm bringing the Ruff Ryders back real major in '08. It's gonna be a lot of Ruff Ryders sh-- in '08. Not taking away from D-Block, not taking away from Bloodline. It's stamping the brand that started all this sh--. Harlem producer Dame Grease, who crafted a good chunk of early material from DMX and the Ruff Ryders, will also be part of the compilation as well as other producers affiliated with the Ruff Ryder camp. He will also be working with N.E.R.D and Macy Gray on their upcoming projects.
