NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Universal South) - Joe Nichols will continue the media blitz he began earlier this year when he performs his new single, "It Ain't No Crime," on NBC's Late Night With Conan O'Brien on January 28th. The song, which is already Top 40 after only one week on the charts, is the second single from Nichols' critically acclaimed CD, Real Things.

Nichols began his year with an impressive list of accolades for his Universal Records South CD. Critics from major publications around the country had selected the recording as one of the best of the year, with some critics touting the CD as one of the Top 10 releases of 2007 in all musical genres.
The Best Of listings confirmed what could only be described as some of the artist's best ever reviews following the release of Real Things in late 2007.
In addition to the Best of 2007 listings, Nichols premiered the new single on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno on January 3rd.
