Brooklyn bred rapper Uncle Murda was reportedly shot in the head in his hometown Wednesday (January 23)

According to The New York Daily News, Murda (born Leonard Grant) was seated in a parked car on Wednesday night on Linden Blvd. in East New York when he was shot at.

Authorities revealed that the rapper suffered a graze wound and did not have any serious injuries.

Uncle Murda signed to Def Jam/Rocafella last year and is slated to release his debut project in 2008.
