Actor Kiefer Sutherland has been a good inmate during his stint in jail, according to prison officials.
The 24 star is serving a 48-day sentence for drink-driving at the private Glendale City Jail, but is expected to be released on Monday (21Jan08) for good behavior.
And prison spokesman John Balian insists Sutherland has been the model inmate.
He says, "He was very humble, never complained. He didn’t give us any problems at all." Sutherland was incarcerated after he was caught driving under the influence in September (07).
