Dita Von Teese is being wooed by 'Entourage' actor Jeremy Piven.

The burlesque dancer - who has been single since splitting from goth rocker husband Marilyn Manson in December 2006 - has been inundated with sexy satin dresses from 42-year-old Jeremy.

According to the New York Post newspaper, a source at Los Angeles' Social Hollywood private club said: "Jeremy was looking through Kari Feinstein's suite when he picked out two black satin, sequined mini-dresses from the Be Seduced line.

"He was trying to be anonymous, and only said the lady was brunette and curvy, but had to come clean because he didn't know her size. He eventually told us it was Dita Von Teese.

"He said he really likes her, but it's not official yet."

Jeremy - who is currently filming comedy 'The Goods: The Don Ready Story' - "shyly said hello" when he ran into 35-year-old fetish star Dita at a newsstand in Los Angeles after seeing one of her legendary performances.

Dita's lawyer Keith Fink said: "She is single, and she's not dating, so he should step up to the plate because there's a lot of guys interested."

But Jeremy's representative denied the claims, adding: "Jeremy and Dita are not dating. He is too busy shooting a movie."

Jeremy has been linked to 'America's Next Top Model' runner-up Melrose Bickerstaff, but prefers to take his mother Joyce to red carpet events.

He said: "Even if I had a girlfriend, I'd still take mom. She's cool and fun and she taught me how to act so it makes perfect sense that she's there. And there's something about parading a girlfriend around in front of the press that seems wrong. Some things have to be sacred."

Dita and Marilyn split on Christmas Eve 2006 after one year of marriage. In divorce papers filed on December 29, 2006, Dita cited "irreconcilable differences" for the separation.

The divorce was finalized on December 27, 2007.
