In an interview with Hoodhype.com, Aftermath artist Bishop Lamont says he believes Joell Ortiz has been dropped by Aftermath. You can listen to the full audio of Bishop's comments here. When asked about Joell's status, Bishop had this to say: "From what I heard I think dude got dropped...I think dude got dropped 'cause of the whole Interscope thing." It has been well documented that Joell Ortiz has been unhappy with the progress of his career over at Aftermath and there had been rumors circulating that Interscope President Jimmy Iovine wanted Dr. Dre to release him from Aftermath.
