Helena Bonham Carter

British actress Helena Bonham Carter is banned from singing songs from musicals to her son - because her partner Tim Burton believes he will "turn gay".

The Planet of the Apes star loves to sing classic hits from stage musicals to her four-year-old son Billy - but her choice of song has concerned director Burton.

Carter, 41, explains, "I've always loved musicals. "Tim thought I was making Billy gay because that's all I'd sing to him."
