*Miami Heat center Shaquille O'Neal dipped back into Los Angeles - the city housing his former NBA team, the Lakers – to receive medical treatment for a hip injury that has kept him on the bench the past five games.

      According to the Associated Press, Shaq flew in Monday as his team was two deep into a five-game trip. His bad hip is the latest blow for the injury-plagued squad that has the worst record in the Eastern Conference at 8-26 and has lost seven games in a row.

       Shaq injured his left hip Dec. 22 when he dived for a loose ball and slid into the scorer's table during a win over Utah. He aggravated the injury during a Dec. 26 loss at Philadelphia and hasn't played since.

       Meanwhile, a female cab driver in South Beach says Shaq has been playing hard in other ways. The woman tells Steppin' Out's Chaunce Hayden that his hotel rooms have been flooded with women since he left his wife of five years, Shaunie.      

       "Every time Shaq is in town, I get the call, and let me tell you: He's got more women leaving his hotel room than any celebrity I've ever seen," said the spy. "Every time he stayed at the Marriott in South Beach, he had a blonde or a brunette with him."
