Actress EVA MENDES has joked about the current rise in teenage pregnancies in Hollywood - admitting she'd hate to be in expectant teen JAMIE-LYNN SPEARS' place.

The showbiz world was shocked this week (beg17Dec07) when news emerged that Britney's 16-year-old sister Jamie-Lynn is pregnant with her first child.

And no-one was more surprised than the sexy We Own The Night star. Speaking at the launch of her new People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals campaign, she joked, "It's an epidemic! I hope I don't catch it."
