n this week's Pulse Report, the streets are buzzing about Saigon returning to rap, Remy Ma allegedly "having relations" with another female, Joe Budden jabbing on Jay-Z and Irv Gotti's top 5 baddest chicks.

1. Saigon Returns. I should have bet on this one. Sai revealed the expected via his MySpace blog when announcing that he won't be quitting rap after all. Apparently, he received overwhelming support following his initial announcement and is now looking forward to making history with his long delayed debut, The Greatest Story Never Told.

"I have received literally thousands of messages, many phone calls from very influential people, and much support from just everyday people I may bump into on the street," Sai wrote. "The love is overwhelming I must say. I got a very appreciated phone call from my brother Lupe Fiasco that really made me look at things from other angles."

Good for him. And honestly, good for us. You just can't lose with a Just Blaze beat.

2. Remy Ma, A Lesbian? So somebody with plenty of time on their hands decided to employ some random butch to spread rumors on Remy Ma. Earlier this week, a video surfaced with some chick claiming to be Rem's former lover.

"I used to f-cks with her, straight off," the chick claimed while holding a thick wad of money full of ones. "I used to chill with her, smoke with her, drink, pop bottles, burn L's and all that. This is not a stunt...I don't do stunts. I'm not Evel Knievel. But, I did have relations with her and all that, [she] ate the box you feel me."

Right! Though unconvincing from jump, the chick made things worse when she decided to call a Remy imposter on camera. The chick was obviously some random bird doing her worst Remy impersonation. [Watch Video Here]

Since then Remy's people have shot back denying the claims.

"The fraudulent video hoax that has surfaced of an alleged female lover of Remy Ma is completely false and reps for Remy Ma emphatically deny these claims," the statement issued by her publicist read. "The staged video and storyline, as well as the voice on the phone posing as Remy are all fictitious and have made it very obvious that this is a deliberate attempt to undermine Remy's name and character. Remy Ma has not nor has she ever been involved in a same sex relationship with the accuser or any other woman however Remy is respectful of those who choose the alternative lifestyle. Again, this video and claim are both 100% untrue and we hope that the involved accusers are aware of the civil liberties violated in the taping of this video."

3. Joey Goes In. No surprise here. Joe Budden threw a few stabs at Hov on "Talk To Em,'" a track featured on his new mixtape, Mood Muzik 3. The cut isn't that deep, more like a nasty scrape. Regardless, Joey may have done enough to prompt Jay to respond.

"I mean, are we hustling or are we grown up?/Every time I hear you, you changing your tone up/When the new generation think about Michael Jordan/All they remember is when Iverson crossed him/Take off the blazer, loosen' up the tie/N-gga fell in love and Superman died," Joe snaps.

Budden is basically accusing Jay of being selfish and falling off. Perhaps...the selfishness is a definite actually. One thing is sure though. Joe starts the verse off by saying "times are rough" for Jay. No, sir! Dude is worth $300 million plus and Beyonce's still wearing his chain.

4. Irv and Ja Want To "Knock HalleBerry Down." Their music sucks more than ever, but Ja Rule and Irv Gotti are still entertaining, especially when the topic has nothing to do with rap. The SOHH squad recently caught up with the two and asked them to list the Top 5 bodies in entertainment. [Watch Video Below]

You gotta love that Ja Rule for saying Keyshia Cole "got some nice knockers" rather than going to the politically correct route. Ja named Beyonce and Keyshia before blanking, while Gotti, on the other hand, was quite inspired.

"B, Ashanti, f-cking Riahnna," Gotti nonchalantly listed while folding some Irving Geoffrey clothing. "I'll knock Ciara down. I'll still knock Halle down pregnant. Halle is still the baddest chick, pregnant." Chuch!

5. Prodigy Goes Shooting...With His Son. Had Prodigy not provided footage of him showing his son how to shoot, I probably wouldn't have believed him. Then again, that's some dumb stuff and he does fit that profile. But you've read right. Prodigy went shooting with his son.
