Hip-Hop mogul Damon Dash seems to have a powerful affect on the ladies. So much so that one woman is accusing him of making her schizo.
Atlanta resident Jamie Roberts filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court claiming she was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder after Dame exposed himself to her in 2004, according to the New York Post.
Roberts said she didn't even know who Dame was when she met him at a Miami club in March of '04. She claims the mogul, who introduced himself as "Jeremy McIntyre," led her to a nearby marina, where he allegedly pulled out his package in an "offensive manner" and tried to make her perform oral sex.
Fast forward nine months later and Roberts said she "began to hear [the] defendant's voice in her ear, giving her certain directions to follow." She said she didn't discover that McIntyre was actually Dame Dash until she saw him on Chappelle's Show in 2005.
All this was news to Dame who said in a statement, "We know nothing about it. It's quite obvious this is a false allegation."
Roberts is asking for $30,000 and punitive damages.
