Country star ALAN JACKSON’s new album GOOD TIME features a song he wrote for a dead employee’s mum.
The singer/songwriter penned Sissy’s Song for the mother of a member of his house staff after she was killed in a motorcycle accident earlier this year (07) - and he played it at her funeral.
Jackson says, "I had a hard time dealing with that. I couldn’t function right until I wrote the song. "It helped me, and I think it did a lot of other people involved in the whole thing. It’s kind of an uplifting sad song."
