Music producer J.R. Rotem has officially denied he impregnated Britney Spears in a TV news interview. Rotem reportedly confirmed he was the father of Spears' third child in a text message he sent to In Touch Weekly magazine the morning the baby news broke.

He has since denied he sent the text.

And, in an interview with news show Extra, he says, "There is no truth to it. Me and her remain friends as we always have been. We have an amazing musical connection and I wish her the best."

Spears has denied the reports she's with child, calling the rumours "B.S." and "fake, completely fake".
