The funeral for Pimp C (Chad Butler) is confirmed to be taking place Thursday (Dec. 13) 11 a.m. at the Bob Bowers Civic Center in Port Arthur, Texas.

Houston's KHOU 11 confirms the plans and says that following the funeral, Pimp C will be buried at Greenlawn Cemetery. Pimp C was found dead in his Sunset Strip hotel room Tuesday (Dec. 4) in California. Early reports suggest the Grammy nominated rapper died of natural causes although toxicology results will not be ready for release for another month or more.
