Actor DUSTIN HOFFMAN has never been forgiven by his son JAKE for telling STAR WARS beauty NATALIE PORTMAN about his immense crush on her.

The Rain Man star met the then-16-year-old when she was performing on stage in New York and made the revelation about his son's infatuation.

Hoffman recalls, "I met her when she was 16 and my wife and I saw her on Broadway in The Diary Of Anne Frank. I went backstage and told her my son Jake had a crush on her. He has wanted to kill me ever since."
