*Vivica A. Fox got herself booked at a Los Angeles police station Wednesday, successfully avoiding the threat of a bench warrant for arrest.

After missing a scheduled date to be booked on DUI charges, a judge warned the actress that a bench warrant would be issued if she fails to get the booking completed by Dec. 11.

According to TMZ.com, Fox showed up to a LAPD station at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday and stayed for about 20 minutes. Her demeanor was described as "very congenial."

A filing document obtained by TMZ shows Fox, whose middle initial stands for Anjanetta, is listed as 5'8" and weighing 115 pounds. She was arrested in March after cops pulled her over for speeding and she failed an alcohol breathalyzer test.
