*The year-end celebrity lists keep coming as 2007 draws to a close. The Hollywood Reporter has released its annual list of the highest-paid actresses, while the New York Daily News ranks the 50 smartest celebrities and Entertainment Weekly rounds up the "50 Dumbest People In Hollywood."

Starting with the dumbest, Lindsay Lohan tops the list that includes Kim Kardashian at No. 2, Michael Jackson at No. 19, Isaiah Washington at No. 27, Nicole Richie at 33 and Shar Jackson at No. 39.

On the opposite end of the intelligence spectrum, Entertainment Weekly puts director/writer/producer Judd Apatow first on a list of smart folk that includes Will Smith at No. 5, Tyler Perry at No. 8 and Zahara's mama Angelina Jolie at No. 3.

Jolie, meanwhile, is the second richest actress in Tinseltown according to the Hollywood Reporter's annual tally. Her $18 million-per-movie rate is beaten only by Reese Witherspoon, who commands $15 million to $20 million per film.

Halle Berry is ranked No. 10 with an asking price of $10 million.
