In the aftermath of the platinum album "Murda Muzik" and on the eve of the movie entitled the same, one half of the infamous duo outta the QB has released the last gem of 2000. The H.N.I.C. (Head Nigga IN Charge), Prodigy's debut solo album declares himself the king on the throne in hiphop without hearing any doubts from critics or other emcees. With his on and off beat flow, he has singled himself out from the other artists.

The first single "Keep it Thoro" keeps on track wth Shook Ones and Quiet Storm (which was supposed to be dropped on P's album but he and Hav decided on the Mobb Deep album.) as he shits on the industry and opposing emcees. With a track produced by Alchemist, a long time infamous associate, P demands his respect. P also takesw note of his sickle cell anemia in Never Fell My Pain. Also in rememberance of his soldiers slain, particularly about his man Killer Black, P adds Veteran's Memorial, a tribute, "Its hard to believe a nigga so strong, could die so easily and forever be gone, I still feel the wet of ya palm against mine cause we did our handshake all the time." In the spirit of family you know P put his family on the album along with some new and unexpected guests. From his partners in crime Havoc and Big Noyd in classic Mobb anthems such as wanna be thugs and Gun Play. P introduces some upcoming artists off of Infamous Records Bars and Hooks, which P's baby mother is a member. Nore is also featured in a joint called "What U Rep" representing Lefrak where the both of them grew up. The unexpected guest I spoke of is B.G. in the young black entreprebeurs to some this might be a surprise, but to my ass it was definitely unexpected.

The big picture is this; Prodigy drops a gem in the middle of 2 Mobb albums just to keep their name on the map and the junkies wanting more. Next time it will be Havoc. Peace and One from the basement in the South.
